Returns & Exchanges

At The Sleep Code, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original packaging and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
